You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content that you submit to our service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing our service.

7. Mentorship and Paid Services

7.1 Mentorship Services

Our platform facilitates connections between mentors and learners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of mentorship sessions or the truth or accuracy of mentor profiles.

7.2 Payment Terms

For paid services, including mentorship sessions, payment is required in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

7.3 Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors are responsible for providing professional and appropriate guidance. Mentors must maintain confidentiality and respect the learning goals of their mentees.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge X and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forge X operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
